1. Production & Shipping

At Minerali Swimwear, every piece is handmade and custom-sewn specifically for you. We take pride in ensuring that your bikini is crafted with the highest level of precision and quality.

  • Production Time: Since each item is made-to-order, please allow 3 to 7 business days for your order to be prepared (excluding Fridays, Saturdays, and public holidays).
  • Shipping Times: Delivery time starts once production is complete and varies by destination:
    • Major Cities (Israel): Up to 3 business days from the date of shipment.
    • Remote/Exceptional Areas: (Eilat, Arava settlements, Golan Heights, etc.) – Delivery may take between 5 to 10 business days.
  • Self-Pickup: You can pick up your order directly from our studio in Gedera (36 Derech HaIlanot). This must be coordinated in advance via phone at: +972-54-6850989.
  • Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number. You can track your order via email, WhatsApp, or through Instagram DM.

2. Packaging & Responsibility

We take great care in packaging our products to ensure your dream bikini arrives in perfect condition.

  • All shipments include basic insurance coverage against loss or significant damage during transit.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. Minerali Swimwear is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery details.

3. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the hygienic nature of swimwear and the personalized production process, our policy is as follows:

  • Custom Orders: In accordance with consumer protection regulations, items that were custom-made or tailored to specific measurements and requirements (non-standard stock items) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
  • Standard Stock Items: Exchanges or returns are permitted within 14 days of receiving the item, provided it is unused, has the original tags attached, the hygienic sticker is intact, and it remains in its original packaging.
  • Cancellation Fees: Cancellations are handled according to consumer protection laws, subject to a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction amount or 100 NIS (whichever is lower).
