The following documents regulate the terms of use and purchase on the Minerali Swimwear website (hereinafter: “the Website”). Use of the website and/or making a purchase constitutes full agreement to all terms detailed below.

1. Website Regulations & Terms of Use

General

  • The Website is operated and managed by Michal Geffen – Minerali SW (hereinafter: “the Business”).
  • The Website serves as an online store for the sale of custom-designed swimwear, handmade items, and related fashion accessories.
  • Purchases on the website are permitted for adults over the age of 18 or minors with guardian approval.

Products and Images

  • Images on the website are for illustration purposes only. Since products are handmade and customized, slight differences in shade, cut, or appearance may occur between the image and the actual product.
  • Details regarding raw materials (high-quality fabrics), measurements, and fit recommendations are provided on each product page. Customers should rely on this information when placing an order.

Warranty & Liability

  • Warranty on products is limited to manufacturing defects only, as discovered upon receipt of the product.
  • Due to the nature of the product (swimwear), there is no warranty for damage caused by unreasonable use, exposure to chlorine not in accordance with laundry instructions, natural wear and tear, or contact with chemicals (sunscreen, perfume, etc.).

Intellectual Property

  • All content on the website, including texts, images, swimwear designs, logos, and trademarks, are the exclusive property of Minerali SW.
  • Any use, copying, or publication of the above is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from the Business.

2. Privacy Policy

  • The Website collects personal information provided during purchase (name, phone, email, and address) for order processing, custom sizing, and shipping.
  • Payment details are processed via secure PCI-compliant clearing providers and are not stored on the Website’s servers.
  • Information will not be transferred to third parties, except for essential operations (shipping companies and payment processors) or as required by law.

3. Shipping & Self-Pickup Policy

  • Custom Production: The production time for items ranges between 3 to 7 business days.
  • Delivery Times: Following production, shipping to major cities takes up to 3 business days, and to remote destinations up to 10 business days.
  • Self-Pickup: Pickup is available from our studio in Gedera (36 Derech HaIlanot) by prior coordination at +972-54-6850989.

4. Cancellation & Returns Policy

Cancellations are permitted in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, 1981, with the following exceptions:

  • Customization: According to the law, transactions for goods manufactured specifically for the consumer (Custom Made) cannot be canceled or returned, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
  • Hygiene: Due to health regulations, returns/exchanges of swimwear where the lower part has come into contact with the body are not permitted, unless the product is returned in its original packaging, with the hygienic sticker intact, the brand tag attached, and it has not been used.
  • Cancellation Fees: Cancellation of a transaction (for non-custom items) will incur a legal cancellation fee of 5% or 100 NIS (whichever is lower).
